Terry Conners Rink offers various Hockey
Camps, Clinics and Leagues for various ages and skill levels. We
are the home Ice Rink for High Schools; Trinity Catholic, Westhill,
and Stamford. We are also the home Ice Rink for Stamford Youth Hockey
Association.

Hockey Association
The Stamford Youth Hockey’s regular season runs September
thru March. They run camps and clinics in the Spring and

SPINNAKERS
HOCKEY
THE STAMFORD SPINNAKERS is a girls ice hockey team whose members
represent all the high schools of Stamford. Candidates are
selected on the basis of competitive try-outs in March. The
season begins with a team camp in August and an on-ice and
off-ice practice schedule through September and October. The
game season involves major tournaments, as well as home and
away games with high school, prep school, college club and
elite youth hockey teams. The most recent season included
45 games, a divisional championship at the Polar Bears Tournament,
and a post-season tournament in Canada.

CIAC Schedules and
Standings
The FCIAC High School League normally plays
games Wednesday and Saturday Evenings at Terry Conners. The season
begins the first Saturday in December and ends with the FCIAC Finals
at the end of February. Terry Conners also runs a pre season Fall
High School League starting in September and running through November.

Connecticut Arena Hockey League
The CAHL is a competitive travel
program designed to build better hockey players by being
structured and developmental.
Every player plays a full shift. Players return to their respective
winter youth associations at the end of CAHL season. Details. |

SPINNAKERS SUMMER
CLINICS are weekly on-ice training programs in July and August,
intended to help girls, ages 8-18, get cool in the summer and sharp
for the fall. Emphasis is on powerful skating, as well as stick
handling. The coaches of the Stamford Spinnakers serve as instructors
of separate programs for juniors and seniors. Each program runs
