Terry Conners Ice Rink, located in beautiful Cove Island Park in Stamford has served the skaters of Stamford and its surrounding neighbors for almost 40 years. The Rink is owned and operated by the City of Stamford, offering affordable hockey, figure skating, and basic skills programs for all residents of Stamford.
The Rink is home to Stamford Youth Hockey, Skating Club of Southern Connecticut, Terry Conners Synchronized Skating Teams, and Stamford, Westhill and Trinity High School Hockey Teams as well as Stamford Girls High Hockey Team. The North American Hockey School runs their summer camp at Terry Conners every August along with other area hockey camps and clinics. The Terry Conners Skating School runs group skating lessons for both children and adults for all levels throughout the season - October thru August. Terry Conners Rink offers public skating and open hockey sessions as well as freestyle sessions throughout the year. The Rink also offers birthday or skating parties during our public skate time with a party room included. Ice rentals are available at hourly increments throughout the year. More ice time is available in the spring and summer months.
The Rink's Snack Bar is owned and operated by Frank Costa who also operates the Concession at Rye Playland Rink. The snack bar has all your food and drink needs while at the ice rink and they have party packages available for your birthday skating parties.
